What is the average class size? Do the teachers have assistants or other personnel they work with?

At the elementary level, class sizes range between 19 and 23 students. Our lowest class sizes are in grades K to 3 with any classes above 22 at the 4th or 5th grade level. Our largest elementary class is 23 students among the three elementary schools. Our district also uses paraprofessionals to assist our teachers with instruction and also to support students with special needs. The majority of our elementary classes have at least one paraprofessional in addition to the classroom teacher.
